Parmy's Off-Ice Player Development Program Schedule

The 8 week development program is designed to work on every
aspect of the player's game. The primary focus will be on
improving the player's hockey- specific strength, power and
coordination with exercises through the range of motion of
skating. The goal will be to improve skating posture in order
to skate with proper technique resulting in an increase in
his or her speed. There will also be a strong emphasis on
stick handling and shooting.
** The college program is designed to be complementary to
any summer program provided by the player's current college
team.
