Parmy's Off-Ice Player Development Program Schedule
Winter 2007

The 13 week development program is designed to work on every
aspect of the player's game. The primary focus will be on
improving the player's hockey- specific strength, power and
coordination with exercises through the range of motion of
skating. The goal will be to improve skating posture in order
to skate with proper technique resulting in an increase in
his or her speed. There will also be a strong emphasis on
stick handling and shooting.

We also are offering a 15 Week Varsity Program that is designed
to allow players to maximize their potential on the ice for
the duration of the season, promoting consistency in their
play by maintaing or increasing their current conditioning
level.
Recommended in combination with Private Training, 1 session per week.
