Parmy's Off-Ice Player Development Program Schedule
Fall 2007

The 12 week development program is designed to work on every aspect of the player's game. The primary focus will be on improving the player's hockey- specific strength, power and coordination with exercises through the range of motion of skating. The goal will be to improve skating posture in order to skate with proper technique resulting in an increase in his or her speed. There will also be a strong emphasis on stick handling and shooting.

Besides the sessions below, Private Lessons are available for $60 per hour. Team Workouts are available to schedule as well.
